The paper nautilus shell serves as symbol to describe my practice. In the same way that the argonaut uses the paper nautilus as a temporary shelter for her young, I offer my therapy room as a temporary safe space where I facilitate processes of healing and growth.  It is a space where individuals can voice their inner thoughts, expand their internal dialogues, and receive constructive feedback (free from judgement).

SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Individual Psychotherapy

A commitment to life-long learning enables me to guide each client to the best of my abilities. It is my goal to assist clients to function with greater ease, reach their full potential, experience contentment, and enjoy life. I strongly believe that therapy has the potential to accelerate the process of healing, growth and development and that every individual can benefit from it. I am passionate about guiding people towards greater awareness and to become the best versions of themselves by finding ways to work with and around their unique strengths as well as limitations.

I provide therapeutic guidance to children, adolescents and adults. I draw on diverse trainings in a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques. I thus apply an eclectic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.  My intuition and discretion further enables me to give each client  individualised attention.

  • Gestalt Play Therapy

I share the passion of Violet Oaklander who says: “Play therapy is a way to help children grow strong in spite of the traumas of their own lives.”

I received training in Gestalt Play Therapy and work in a multi-disciplinary team when needed.

Play therapy works wonders for my younger clients who has difficulty finding words to express themselves. Through offering them a wide variety of creative play material they then express themselves in a non-directive and non-threatening way giving me insight into their inner world.  Through observing these play sessions, I gain therapeutic insight and material to work with.

“Learn from yesterday.
Live for today.
Hope for tomorrow.”
